MINT-E

Mint-E (Minty) is engineered from the ground up as a high-performance hybrid snare for modern e-drummers who demand realism, detail, and consistency.

Built around an 8mm thick seamless acrylic shell in opaque mint green, Mint-E retains the same premium shell architecture and hardware platform as its acoustic counterpart, but replaces traditional snare mechanics with a purpose-designed internal trigger system.

At the core is a 6-zone internal trigger plate mounted directly beneath the mesh head at the bearing edge. This design places the sensors where energy transfer is most accurate, allowing the drum to capture fine ghost notes, dynamics, and positional playing with exceptional detail. By distributing sensors around the perimeter of the trigger plate, Mint-E dramatically reduces hot spots and dead zones while maintaining even response across the entire playing surface.

Dual-zone rimshot triggering allows for clean separation between head and rim articulation, making cross-sticks, rimshots, and accents feel natural and predictable.

Because the E-Series snares are built strictly as electronic instruments, they does not include a snare throw-off and are not intended to be converted back into an acoustic snare. This allows the internal architecture to remain optimized for triggering accuracy, reliability, and long-term stability.
